Responsibilities
- Oversee the running of the Front Desk as a Night Supervisor.
- Support the management team with Night Audit.
- Provide knowledge of the hotel’s products and services to guests and deal with all guest requests, including additional room amenities or room service.
- Adapt to shift changes and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
