Responsibilities

  • Oversee the running of the Front Desk as a Night Supervisor.
  • Support the management team with Night Audit.
  • Provide knowledge of the hotel’s products and services to guests and deal with all guest requests, including additional room amenities or room service.
  • Adapt to shift changes and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
  • Maintain brand standards at all times of the day.
  • Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in a branded hotel working in a front‑of‑house or reception team.
  • Ability to deliver brand standards at any time of day.
