You will work closely with our maintenance team to keep rooms in top condition and assist with managing budgets, including payroll, linen and consumables.

We are looking for an extraordinary level of attention to detail as a key skill for our housekeeping manager.

We offer flexible shift patterns and are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year; interview discussions will cover full or part-time hours and shift arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure rooms are maintained to high standards.
  • Manage budgets related to housekeeping operations, including payroll, linen and consumables.
  • Demonstrate an extraordinary level of attention to detail to drive standards upward.
  • Work with flexible shift patterns and respond to business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and support daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
