At the Medlock, we’re setting a new standard for hospitality—one that’s refined, genuine and unmistakably personal. As a Guest Services Manager, you’ll take a hands‑on leadership role in the day‑to‑day operation of the hotel, acting as a key point of contact for guests and team members alike. With a strong focus on Duty Management, you’ll support the smooth running of the hotel, lead by example on shift, and ensure every guest experience is delivered with warmth, confidence and attention to detail—from arrival through to departure.

This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state‑of‑the‑art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co‑op Live arena. It will become a world‑class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.

The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus — an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to rest, reset and immerse themselves in everything the campus has to offer. What you’ll be doing:

  • As Guest Services Manager, you’ll lead from the front, creating seamless and memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
  • From arrival to departure, you’ll set the tone for exceptional service, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality and standards of The Medlock.
  • You’ll inspire, coach and support the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, building confidence and capability while creating an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work.
  • Whether handling guest feedback, resolving challenges, or celebrating great moments, you’ll approach every situation with professionalism, empathy and a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Working closely with teams across the hotel, you’ll ensure operations run smoothly, anticipating guest needs and removing barriers before they become problems.
  • You’ll balance the day‑to‑day demands of a busy operation with the unexpected, staying calm under pressure and leading by example.
  • You’ll be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our values to life through every interaction, championing our culture and helping guests discover what makes both our hotel and our city so special.
