  • Passionate about supporting and developing people, building team spirit and belonging.
  • Effective communicator, enthusiastic collaborator, grounded and connected to the city.
  • Experienced in fast‑paced, high‑volume hotel operations, ideally within a premium, lifestyle or high‑energy environment.

In addition to competitive rates of pay, we also offer:

  • Exclusive discounts for you, friends and family.
  • Valor team member rates at UK hotels, rooms starting at £30 B&B.
  • Discounted stays for friends and family.

  • Generous refer‑a‑friend bonuses, starting at £250.
  • Caring for your health and wellbeing, both in and outside of work – wellness activities, Employee Assistance Programme, and healthcare cash plan options.

At The Medlock, you will join a team that champions individuality, celebrates growth and thrives on exceptional hospitality. You’ll enjoy industry‑led training, opportunities for progression and the chance to make your mark in one of Manchester’s most exciting hotel teams.
