As Assistant Front of House Manager, you’ll support the Front of House leadership team in shaping the guest journey – from warm, confident arrivals to smooth, seamless departures and every meaningful touchpoint in between.
The Medlock, a Radisson Blu hotel, is opening at the heart of Manchester’s Etihad Campus, home to Manchester City Football club. This brand-new 401‑key hotel is set to be a game‑changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.
The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state‑of‑the‑art training facilities, a world‑class 60,000‑seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co‑op Live arena. It will become a world‑class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.
The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus – an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to rest, reset and immerse themselves in everything the campus has to offer.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Front of House Manager, you’ll help lead our Reception team, creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel seen, supported and genuinely cared for.
- You’ll champion our brand standards, nurture a confident sales and service culture, and bring structure, warmth and pride to a team delivering Medlock moments around the clock.
- As an Assistant Front of House Manager, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for our arrival experience and ensuring consistently elevated service – bringing the spirit and personality of Manchester into every guest moment.
