We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team. First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area, helping to make the guests visit that bit more special. You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guests visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms. You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service. Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn’t essential and full training will be provided.
Working Hours & Flexibility
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview. If you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognized apprenticeships which sit alongside our detailed brand training.
