We are looking for a hospitality team member who will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences through high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and proactive service. The role involves interacting with guests daily, maintaining rooms to a high standard, and supporting a fast-paced environment across shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and make first impressions count, with high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ensure bedrooms are spotless, well presented and maintained to meet tight deadlines.
  • Work behind the scenes to ensure rooms are flawless and ready for guests.
  • Be flexible to work a range of shifts and days; the business is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
  • Support career training through nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside brand training.
