The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state‑of‑the‑art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co‑op Live arena.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll help lead the housekeeping team, creating a calm, organized environment where standards are clear and consistently delivered.
• You’ll ensure every room and public space is prepared with care, so guests feel comfortable, welcomed and well looked after throughout their stay.
• You’ll champion Medlock’s brand standards, encouraging a culture of pride, attention to detail and teamwork—bringing structure and consistency to a team that delivers exceptional results behind the scenes.
• As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining presentation across the hotel, ensuring every space reflects our high standards—bringing a sense of care, quality and quiet excellence to every guest experience.

• Calm and reliable under pressure, with a steady, hands‑on approach and an eye for detail.

• Experienced in a fast‑paced housekeeping operation, ideally within a premium or high‑energy environment.
