£30,409.60 per annum / £14.62 Per Hour + Service Charge. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Responsibilities
- Lead with strong interpersonal and training skills; communicate effectively; serve guests with attention to detail; motivate the team.
- Implement and maintain control measures to ensure food and beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs align with budget.
- Plan budgets and review forecasts for revenue and expenditure on a monthly basis.
- Carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs; analyse and submit month-end reports and identify deviations from business plan goals.
- Participate in management meetings to review progress towards business plan goals and develop the annual business plan for the outlet.
- Plan, implement and measure profit enhancement programs with the kitchen and sales department.
- Prepare and submit post-mortem promotion reports to the General Manager upon completion of promotions.
- Oversee daily management of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service; plan, organize and direct F&B operations, administration, marketing and promotion; responsible for profitability and revenue generation.
- Maintain a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service; ensure liaison with Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager and Operations Manager.
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training capabilities.
- Service-oriented with an eye for detail; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
Shifts and Working Arrangements
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and require flexibility. Shifts and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. Availability for evenings and weekends is common depending on business needs.
