As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience — delivering attentive service and helping create a genuinely memorable dining experience, every time.
The Role
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, efficiently and with a smile
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, in line with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest enquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Support the wider Food and Beverage team with operational duties — setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory
- Help coordinate and run events and special functions
- Keep all areas well-stocked and presented to a high standard at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
