We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Reservations and Events Agent to join our team. The role will keep us front-line, delivering attentive customer-focused service, understanding brand standards, and enjoying working as part of a successful team. You will master taking reservations, chasing bookings, and staying informed about our food and beverage packages to ensure maximum occupancy and room rates.

As part of the team you will keep the reception updated on occupancy levels, no-shows, VIPs and special events, while championing Valor Hospitality Europe Limited's purpose, values and behaviours. We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year – shifts and hours are flexible and will be discussed during interview. We also offer nationally recognised apprenticeships and detailed brand training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-quality customer service
  • Work as part of a great team
  • Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online booking systems
  • Convert enquiries into sales
  • Process, amend and update bookings as required
  • Maximise revenue through upselling
  • Handle administration and use technology efficiently
  • Be available to work when the team and customer need you most
