Valor Hospitality seeks a Food & Beverage Manager for Holiday Inn Hull Marina (soon to be voco Hull Marina). You’ll lead the restaurant, bar, breakfast and events operation, steering the team through the ongoing refurbishment while the hotel remains open.
You’ll work with the General Manager, Operations Manager and Head Chef to deliver a cohesive guest experience, manage labour, stock, cost control and profitability, and build the restaurant as a destination in its own right.
