We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, working closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
  • Assist with the preparation of ingredients and support chefs during food preparation.
  • Handle and store food in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain the inventory of kitchen supplies and inform management when items are low.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared and delivered promptly and to standard.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Dispose of waste properly and recycle whenever possible.
