We are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations and Events Agent to deliver attentive, customer-focused service and contribute to a successful team.
Responsibilities
- Take inquiries and bookings via telephone and online platforms.
- Convert inquiries into sales.
- Process, amend and update bookings as required.
- Maximise revenue through upselling and delivery of food & beverage packages.
- Maintain accurate occupancy, no‑shows, VIP and special event information for the reception team.
- Provide top quality customer service and support team members as needed.

- Be flexible with shift patterns, available during evenings and weekends.
