We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Make a positive first impression and set the tone for every guest’s stay.
  • Provide a warm welcome and answer questions about hotel services, facilities and the local area.
  • Assist guests who visit our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain natural hospitality charm and deliver high-quality service.
  • Work varying shifts – open seven days a week, 365 days a year, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a branded hotel environment preferred but not essential; full training provided.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Availability for a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
