Seaton House, the newest 5‑star luxury resort in St Andrews, is looking for a Concierge to play a key role in our front office team.

Responsibilities

  • Set the tone for every guest’s stay with a warm welcome and provide information about hotel services, facilities and the local area.
  • Handle a range of guest requests and act as the local area knowledge expert, knowing popular attractions as well as hidden gems.
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure guests experience a seamless stay.
  • Maintain great attention to detail and demonstrate strong people and communication skills.

Working Conditions & Schedule

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. Flexibility is required due to busier evenings and weekends.
