Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commis Chef, someone who thrives in the heat of the kitchen. You will be required to work in a clean and efficient manner, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure without losing your cool. You will work closely with our kitchen team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver brand standards in a kitchen environment and maintain high levels of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience for guests.
• Work a range of shifts across 7 days a week, with flexibility as required; shift patterns can be discussed at interview.
• Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure to support a positive guest experience.

Shifts and Work Pattern

Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year with a variety of shift patterns. Flexible scheduling discussed at interview.

Requirements

• Experience as a Commis Chef or equivalent in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to deliver consistent brand standards and support senior kitchen staff.
