Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the staff with strong interpersonal and training skills.
- Implement and maintain control measures to keep food and beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs aligned with budget.
- Plan budgets and review monthly revenue and expenditure forecasts.
- Carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs.
- Analyse and submit month-end reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals.
- Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan for the outlet.
- Plan, implement and measure profit-enhancement programmes by working with kitchen and sales departments.
- Prepare and submit post-mortem promotion reports to the General Manager upon promotion completion.
- Daily management of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring highest standards of service.
- Plan, organise and direct overall Food & Beverage operation, administration, marketing and promotion.
- Govern profitability and revenue generation for the outlet.
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service.
- Ensure constant liaison with the Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager and Operations Manager.

Working Hours
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and require flexibility with shifts and days. We are busier in evenings and weekends; shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
