We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Reservations and Events Agent to join our team. The role as Reservations and Events Agent places you on the front line, delivering attentive, customer‑focused service, understanding brand standards, and enjoying working as part of a successful team.

You’ll be a master at taking reservations, chasing bookings, and staying in the know about all our delicious food and beverage packages, ensuring that maximum occupancy and room rates are achieved. When it comes to our guests, you’ll know who’s who and what’s what so that the reception team is kept up to date with our occupancy levels, no‑shows, VIPs and special events.
We’re also looking for someone who is a champion of Valor Hospitality Europe Limited’s purpose, values and behaviours, spreading the word where you can about what we do. If we’ve got you SOLD then get in touch today. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days—this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.

What you’ll be doing as Reservations and Events Agent
- Provide top‑quality customer service.
