£27,476.8 per annum / £13.21 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.
Responsibilities
First impressions are everything; you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll respond to any questions, provide information about hotel services, facilities and the local area, and help make their visit special. You will also create the smoothest checkout experience, making sure guests leave happy.
Qualifications
You will already have experience working within a branded hotel environment and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced role, dealing with people on a daily basis. Availability to work a range of shifts on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.
