Overview

£10,574.72 per annum / £12.71 per hour. 16 hours per week across 2 days.

You will be the first point of contact for leisure guests as they enter our Hotel Leisure Clubs. Guests could be club members, hotel residents or day visitors. Understanding their needs and ensuring they have a wonderful experience is a key part of your role.

You will be pivotal in welcoming guests into our hotels and be knowledgeable about the Leisure Club. You will need to be organised and enjoy greeting guests in a professional but personable manner, enhancing their experience by helping to plan their visit and assisting in recommending treatments and other services.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. This means great flexibility if required. We are busier during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist leisure guests as they enter the Leisure Club, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Provide information about Leisure Club services and plan visits; assist in recommending treatments and other services.
  • Support guests to enhance their experience and coordinate any required arrangements for their visit.
  • Maintain an organised and professional environment in line with brand standards.
  • Be flexible with shifts, discussing patterns and contracted hours at interview.
