You enjoy greeting our guests and potentially being their first interaction of the day!
You will oversee the running of a busy breakfast team, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
Our breakfast teams interact with 99% of our guests and help set the tone for the day ahead.
Often juggling limited space in a high pressure environment and catering for corporate, leisure and group guests - all who have a different expectation and different demands of the team.
You will be liaising with the kitchen team to ensure the breakfast buffet - hot and cold is presented as the brand expects.
