Night Auditor in Birmingham

Birmingham Full-Time No working from home possible
Valor Hospitality

Overview

Working as part of the Front Office team you will work night shifts completing the night audits, supporting guests with late check‑in, queries and early check‑outs. You will be completing end‑of‑day procedures and health and safety checks as required. The variety of this role needs someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel guests and property safe and secure.

Flexibility and Shift Patterns

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.

Training & Development

We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships that sit alongside detailed brand training. Internal development programmes are also available to support your growth within the role.
