Overview

Position: Bartender (Occasional Worker) at DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds. Salary: £12.21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Crafting Delight: Serve a delightful mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following hotel policy and liquor licensing laws. Suggest exciting options where appropriate.
• Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service consistently, making every interaction an enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Transaction Savvy: Handle cash, credit cards, and guest accounts with accuracy, following company procedures.
• Spotless Setup: Keep the Bar and service areas clean and ready to impress.
• Shift Ready: Prepare for your shift using the department checklist to deliver delightful experiences.
• Stock Management: Rotate and display Bar stocks, ensuring all products are served in top-notch condition.
• Safety First: Adhere to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, as safety is our top priority.
• Team Player: Support the Food & Beverage department with additional duties, including assisting with table service, food, or training team members.
• Customer-Centric: Leverage previous hospitality or retail experience to make customer experiences memorable.
• Language Proficiency: Demonstrate good understanding of written and spoken English for clear communication.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Previous hospitality or retail experience focused on creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills in English.
