Responsibilities
- The Night Supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit.
- With knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services, you can deal with all guest’s requests, such as additional room amenities or delivering room service.
- This role requires flexibility to adapt to shift changes and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
