As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the executive chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the highest quality of food and maintaining a smooth kitchen workflow. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and culinary excellence.

  • Collaborate with the executive chef in cost control and budget management, making recommendations for improvement.
