You will have experience of implementing and maintaining control measures to ensure that food and beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet are in line with budget.
Responsibilities:- Carry out duty management shifts according to business needs.
- Participate in departmental meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals.
- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage outlets ensuring highest standards of service to guests.
- Plan, organise and direct the overall Food and Beverage operation, including administration, marketing and promotion.
- Ensure profitability and revenue generation for the outlet.
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for Restaurant, Bar and Room service.
- Ensure clear communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager and Operations Manager.
- Maintain food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
- Handle a range of shifts and days with flexibility.
- Strong leader with interpersonal and training skills.
- Good communicator, service-oriented with an eye for detail.
- Team player and team motivator.
