We’re seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our prestigious kitchen team and elevate our guests' dining experience. Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Senior Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or Rosette/Michelin restaurant.
  • Mastery in modern food trends, with the skill to create exceptional, unique dishes.
  • Lead and inspire our culinary team, from Sous Chefs to Commis Chefs, with a blend of strategic and hands-on leadership.
  • Uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence, health, and safety across Dunluce Lodge.
  • Forge strong relationships with suppliers, securing premium local ingredients at competitive prices.
  • Develop and mentor the entire kitchen brigade, offering guidance that encourages growth and creativity.
  • Collaborate with all teams at the lodge, ensuring seamless communication to drive success.
