We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our prestigious kitchen team and elevate our guests' dining experience. Key Skills & Responsibilities:- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or Rosette/Michelin restaurant.
- Mastery in modern food trends, with the skill to create exceptional, unique dishes.
- Lead and inspire our culinary team, from Sous Chefs to Commis Chefs, with a blend of strategic and hands-on leadership.
- Uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence, health, and safety across Dunluce Lodge.
