You will be the driving force behind everything food and drink at Seaton House leading day-to-day operations, inspiring your team to deliver warm, polished service, and ensuring our guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.

You will oversee:

  • All F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining, private dining)
  • Menu coordination and supplier relationships (with our Head Chef)
  • Guest feedback and experience design
  • Budgeting, stock control and compliance
  • Coaching and mentoring of your team
