Seaton House, the forthcoming 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking an experienced HR Manager. As HR Manager, you will be integral to fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture in line with our high standards of hospitality.

Hospitality experience is essential for this role.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Seaton House and Valor Hospitality.
  • Lead on employee relations on property.
  • Working with the management team to manage the recruitment, selection and onboardingprocesses (using Teamtailor).
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (using Karero).
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management supported by the Employee Relations Manager.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases. (EPS, Karero, Teamtailor, Workvivo)
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
