Responsibilities
- You will set the tone for every guest’s stay with a warm welcome, be ready with answers to questions, and offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area to help make their visit special.
- You will contribute to the smoothest check-out experience so guests leave happy.
- You will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment and be comfortable in a fast-paced role dealing with people on a daily basis.
- We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and require flexibility to work a range of shifts and days; shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
