We’re looking for an attentive and dedicated Store Person to help maintain the smooth operation of our kitchen stores. In this role, you’ll ensure the right stock is on hand to meet our guests’ needs, keeping our kitchen, bar, and restaurant fully supplied to deliver top-quality food and service.

We’re seeking someone with an eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for excellent customer service. You’ll be instrumental in keeping our stores well-stocked and compliant with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Placing weekly orders and taking food deliveries, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Managing stock rotation, minimising waste, and tracking stock items to ensure everything is in perfect order.
  • Delivering supplies to our restaurant, bar, kitchen, and other hotel departments, ensuring everyone has what they need.
  • Keeping the stores in line with Health & Safety and food safety regulations, including maintaining our stores ledger accurately.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
