We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our central team. Based in our offices in Salford Quay, this role is pivotal in supporting our hotels and wider central teams in driving our people strategy, ensuring our teams are engaged, inspired, and aligned with our company values. This role is a 20 hour a week contract. These hours can be worked over 3 or 4 days.

You’ll support with recruitment & onboarding, signpost ER cases to the Cluster HR Managers and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, and oversee performance management processes. Additionally, you’ll help coordinate development programmes, help ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking someone with experience as an HR administrator, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work as part of a team, are essential. Ideally you will be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team but also on solo tasks, passionate about people, and committed to our company values.
