We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and energetic Receptionist to join our team.
First impressions are crucial, and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a warm welcome, you’ll be ready to answer questions and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and the local area to make each guest\'s visit special.
You will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests staying on-site as well as those visiting our restaurants, bars, and meeting rooms. A natural hospitality charm and passion for service are essential.
Experience in a branded hotel environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with shifts that offer flexibility. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, and shift patterns will be discussed at interview. We also offer career development opportunities through nationally recognized apprenticeships and comprehensive brand training.
