Dunluce Lodge, the newest 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is looking for a Concierge to play a key role in our front office team. First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and happy to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make their visit that bit more special.

We are looking for authentic people who can make genuine connections with guests. As Concierge you will deal with a range of guest requests. You will be confident communicating as the local area knowledge expert. You will know not only the popular attractions but also the hidden gems. Working closely and communicating with all departments to put the guest at ease during their stay.

You will need to have great attention to detail, be a confident people person with strong communication skills in order to succeed in this role. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
