As our Hotel Operations Manager, you will be working closely with the General Manager to drive excellence throughout the hotel. Ensuring seamless guest experiences and upholding brand standards will be at the heart of your day-to-day activities. By collaborating with your department heads, you will maximise commercial results, maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and team, and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
