Crowne Plaza Nottingham is seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our team. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our guests. You will work closely with your team of chefs and kitchen staff to oversee the delivery of our menus, adhere to food safety standards, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production, preparation, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing ingredients and supplies.
