At The Medlock, first impressions matter—it's the care shown overnight that makes them possible. As a Night Cleaner, you'll prepare our public spaces while the hotel rests, ensuring everything is calm, immaculate and ready to welcome guests by morning.
What you'll be doing:
- Take ownership of allocated areas, carrying out both routine and deep cleaning overnight with care, consistency and strong attention to detail, ensuring all public spaces are clean, refreshed and ready for the day ahead—often exceeding our standards.
- Work independently through the night and support the wider team, bringing a dependable, positive approach and stepping in where needed so everything runs smoothly.
- Follow all safety, hygiene and security procedures, using cleaning equipment and materials responsibly and with confidence.
- Balance scheduled cleaning tasks with unexpected requirements, staying organised, proactive and one step ahead.
- Act as a quiet ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through the care you take, the details you perfect and the standards you uphold—often behind the scenes, but never without impact.
Operate 365 days a year with night shift patterns designed to reflect the rhythm of the business; specific hours and working patterns can be discussed at interview.
