Responsibilities
- Working as part of the Front Office team you will work night shifts completing the night audits, supporting Guests with late check in, queries and early check outs.
- You will be completing end of day procedures and health and safety checks as required.
- The variety of this role needs someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel guests and property safe and secure.
- This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
