As a Guest Services Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, supporting the Front Office team to create warm, confident welcomes, smooth departures and thoughtful touches that make every stay feel considered and memorable.
This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game‑changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state‑of‑the‑art training facilities, a world‑class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co‑op Live arena.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with the Front Office Manager and wider team, you’ll support the smooth running of our Reception and Nights operations, helping to create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels recognised, supported and genuinely cared for.
- You’ll uphold Medlock’s brand standards, contribute to a confident service‑led culture, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, authentic moments at every touchpoint — day and night.
- You’ll be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through the care you show, the details you deliver and the standards you uphold.
