What you will do

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Reservations and Events Agent to join our team. As Reservations and Events Agent you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission. You’ll provide attentive, customer-focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

Do you eat, sleep and breathe customer service? We’re on the hunt for a focused Reservations and Events Agent who knows what our guests want and can make their stay with us a dream come true. You’ll be a master at taking reservations, chasing bookings and be in the know about all our food and beverage packages, ensuring that maximum occupancy and room rates are achieved. You’ll know who’s who and what’s what so that the reception team is kept up to date with occupancy levels, no-shows, VIPs and special events. We’re also looking for someone who champions Valor Hospitality Europe Limited’s purpose, values and behaviours, spreading the word about what we do.

If we’ve got you SOLD then get in touch today. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. This means great flexibility if required. We are busier during evenings and weekends; shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
