Are you someone with great attention to detail who enjoys supporting people with administrative tasks? Then look no further! We are in search of a hotel administrator to join our team at Seaton House, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World and recently awarded Best 5 Star hotel in Scotland.
No two days will be the same as you will be closely supporting the leadership team across the hotel with a variety of admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of their departments. This includes using some marketing support including research and will suit someone who is actively curious, likes to problem solve and can work under their own direction.
The role also includes helping to manage the employee journey by supporting with recruitment and onboarding, managing our team member records, reporting on training compliance and helping to drive employee engagement, as well as supporting our team with any queries and concerns.
You will already have experience working within an administration role - excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are key attributes of a successful candidate. Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
