We are looking for a Front Office Manager with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will lead with purpose and vision using their commercial expertise to drive standards in the hotel. You need to be innovative and responsive to a range of situations. Monitoring guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives will be high on the agenda. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the front office team, building a high performing team across the division as a measure of success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the front office team and drive standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, set departmental targets, and implement actions to improve performance.
- Provide leadership with clear vision and commercially informed decision making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and operational efficiency.
Working hours
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We require flexibility for a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. The hotel is typically busier during evenings and weekends.
