Crowne Plaza Glasgow offers a rewarding opportunity for those who have the drive to coach, inspire and support their team. In this role, you will support the General Manager with Health and Safety, ensuring the smooth running of the Leisure facilities.
You will assist in creating strategic direction for the club and drive membership sales to grow the business, coaching and pushing the team to achieve targets. Keeping the membership base enticed and engaged is a key part of the role, ensuring regular interaction and activities with existing members.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days, offering great flexibility if required. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
