We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team. Primarily you will be helping guests with their luggage and travel arrangements and supporting the night operation to meet guest requests which includes additional room amenities and serving food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Help guests with luggage and travel arrangements.
- Support night operation by meeting guest requests, including room amenities and food & beverage service.
- Remain calm under pressure and vigilant to keep the hotel safe.
- Use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
Working Hours & Flexibility
Open 7 days a week 365 days a year. Must adapt to shifts and days; busier during evenings and weekends, yet shift patterns and hours can be discussed at interview.
