As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in bringing this experience to life, supporting the Front Office team to deliver warm, confident welcomes, seamless departures and thoughtful, memorable moments at every stage of the guest journey.
This brand-new 401‑key hotel is set to be a game‑changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state‑of‑the‑art training facilities, a world‑class 60,000‑seater stadium and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co‑op Live arena.

What you’ll be doing
- You’ll take pride in your rooms, completing both daily and deep cleaning to a consistently high standard, with care and close attention to detail.
- You’ll ensure every space is presented to the highest standard—ready to be enjoyed and remembered.
- You’ll work closely with your team and other departments, bringing a positive, supportive approach and stepping in where needed.
- You’ll follow all safety and hygiene standards, using equipment and materials responsibly.
- You’ll balance daily room servicing with the unexpected, staying one step ahead and taking pride in making every room feel just right.
- You’ll be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through the care you show, the details you deliver and the standards you uphold.
