£26,436.80 per annum / £12.71 per hour plus service charge, 40 hours per week. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
  • Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
