Seaton House, the newest 5-star luxury resort in St Andrews, is looking for a Concierge to play a key role in the front office team. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the guest experience at one of Scotland’s most anticipated openings.

Salary: £28,932.80 per annum (£13.91 per hour), 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the tone for every guest's stay with a genuinely warm welcome.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and the local area, ensuring their visit is special.
  • Serve as the local area knowledge expert, knowing popular attractions and hidden gems.
  • Collaborate with all departments to put guests at ease during their stay.
  • Maintain great attention to detail and confident people skills to succeed in this role.
  • Work flexible, 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends, with shift patterns discussed at interview.
