Are you ready to make an impact in our leisure club? We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Leisure Club Cleaner to join our team for evening deep-cleaning duties, working Monday to Friday, 19:00–22:00. From ensuring pristine facilities to delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Follow the cleaning schedule to maintain the highest standards across all leisure club areas.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, following all procedures and data sheet guidelines.
- Be a friendly face, delivering superior customer service with a smile.
- Stay informed on and adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.
- Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the leisure or hospitality industry.
- First Aid Certification: Valid First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
